Meet Reid
Reid Eyles is the licensed plumber and director behind At Your Service Plumbing.
He founded the business in 2020 with a fairly plain goal: professional plumbing, upfront, at a fair price. No call-out surprises, no vague quotes, no chasing someone for an ETA.
If you’ve had a drain cleared on the Northern Beaches in the last few years, there’s a decent chance Reid or one of his team turned up to do it. Today the business runs across the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, with Reid still hands-on across the bigger jobs.
Experience
Reid has more than 15 years in the trade, and he’s worked across most of it.
He started at a small maintenance company — the unglamorous end of the job, and the best place to learn it. Leaking taps, blocked toilets, hot water systems that fail at the worst possible moment.
From there he moved to a large construction company, working on major residential unit developments and warehouse builds. A different discipline entirely: plumbing planned years ahead, on drawings, where a mistake is expensive and permanent.
He then took a management role at a home services company, running service delivery at scale rather than swinging the tools himself. That’s where the operational side of At Your Service Plumbing comes from — the text before your plumber arrives, the upfront quote, the photo documentation strata committees actually want.
In 2020 he started At Your Service Plumbing to bring that standard directly to homeowners.

At Your Service Plumbing supports PanKind, the Australian pancreatic cancer foundation. Reid’s reasoning is straightforward — the business was built on the Northern Beaches, so it should be putting something back into it.
Away from the tools
Outside work, Reid plays golf and spends time with family. He’s fairly direct about the latter being the whole point: more time with family is why he started the business in the first place.
